The 1976 set of Doherty Memorial Grammar School, DMGS, will celebrate its 50th Reunion Anniversary with a three-day event scheduled for Friday, June 12, to Sunday, June 14, after securing approval from the Ekiti State Ministry of Education.
The anniversary celebration will bring together Exco Members, Class Presidents, and all old students of DMGS.
Activities lined up for Saturday, June 13, include a Career Talk Program from 8:30 am to 9:30 am, aimed at guiding current students on future opportunities.
This will be followed by the commissioning of a fully equipped Students’ Clinic, a legacy project donated by the DMGS Class of 1976, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
The day will close with an Award and Gala Night from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, where outstanding old students and contributors will be honoured.
